Refund, Return & Order Change Policy

Please review before placing your order to avoid delays or misunderstandings.

⚠️ Important: 1-Hour Order Change Window

Any changes to your order — including quantity, color, delivery address, product selection, or order details — must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes because orders may already be processed, sent to production, or prepared for shipment.

1. Standard Refunds — Non-Custom Items

Unused, resellable, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable fees.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item or damaged on arrival.

2. Custom / Printed / Embroidered Orders

Because custom items are made to order per your artwork, logo, or approval, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has started.

If there is an error on our end, such as a misprint beyond our tolerance, wrong item, wrong color, or not matching the approved proof, we will work with you on a remake or partial credit per our print/damage allowance.

Artwork and setup fees are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after payment is processed but before shipping or production will be refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

This fee is non-reversible from the processor and will be deducted from the total refund.

If production has already begun on a custom order, the order may not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered depending on how far along the job is.

If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return under Section 1.

4. Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.

We may request photos for quality review.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

5. Restocking Fees

On large, bulk, or wholesale returns that are not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and inventory handling.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a “Free Shipping” order is returned for reasons not caused by us, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider’s standard processing time to reflect the credit.

Important Note on Credit Card Fee Deduction

All cancelled orders that have already been charged will incur a 3% credit card processing fee deduction from the refund amount. Merchant processors do not refund these fees once a transaction is captured.
