3. Order Processing Time
After placing your order, we require a processing period to verify and pack your items. Our standard processing time is usually 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed about any potential delays.
4. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to reach its destination after leaving our warehouse. The estimated shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, customs clearances, or natural disasters may occasionally cause shipping delays. However, we'll do our best to minimize any disruptions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. - Currently we offer FREE shipping within the USA on all orders over $200. Anything below this threshold will incur a flat rate charge of $14.95.

At BagzDepot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and other included items are returned with the product.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, may not be eligible for return due to their nature. Additionally, products that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Please note that the cost of return shipping is usually the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, as well as products that are perishable or customized specifically for you. The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom Printed Items (Personalized Goods)
- Any and all personal protection safety items; face masks

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
If your return is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
Keep in mind, we charge 20% restocking fee on all orders over $200. We also deduct our original shipping costs from all returns unless the return is caused by our error such as "received damaged or wrong item".
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item separately.
