Submit Your Artwork: After placing your order, email your artwork to sales@bagzdepot.com, including your order number in the subject line. Our team of experts will review your artwork and provide a mock-up preview for your approval.

Mock-Up Approval: We believe in complete transparency and want you to be satisfied with the final result. You'll receive a mock-up of your customized bags for production approval. Review every detail to ensure it aligns with your vision.

Production Time: Our standard production lead time is 10 days, plus shipping from California, USA. If you need your order sooner, inquire about our rush production and shipping options, available at an additional fee.

No Returns or Refunds: Please note that customized and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. Once you approve the mock-up, your order enters production, and no cancellations are possible.
