1. Standard Refunds (Non-Custom Items)

Unused, resellable, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable fees.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
2. Custom/Printed/Embroidered Orders

Because custom items are made to order (per your artwork, logo, or approval), all custom orders are final saleand non-refundable once production has started.

If there is an error on our end (misprint beyond our tolerance, wrong item, wrong color, or not matching the approved proof), we will work with you on a remake or partial credit per our print/damage allowance.

Artwork/setup fees are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after payment is processed but before shipping/production will be refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is non-reversible from the processor and will be deducted from the total refund.

If production has already begun on a custom order, the order may not be eligible for a full refund. In that case, we may offer a partial refund depending on how far along the job is.

If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return (see Section 1).
4. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.

We may request photos for quality review.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
5. Restocking Fees (If Applicable)

On large/bulk/wholesale returns that are not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and inventory handling.
6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a “Free Shipping” order is returned for reasons not caused by us, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
7. How Refunds Are Issued

All cancelled orders (for any reason) that have already been charged will incur a 3% credit card processing fee deduction from the refund amount. This is because merchant processors do not refund us these fees once a transaction is captured.
