At BagzDepot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Custom printed or personalized goods
    • Personal protection items (e.g., face masks)
    • Perishable items
    • Products damaged or altered after delivery

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first: Email support@bagzdepot.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Repack the item: Use the original packaging and protect the item for shipping.
  3. Ship the item: Send it to the address provided by our support team using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).

3. Restocking Fee & Refunds

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all unwanted returns (any reason other than wrong or damaged items).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@bagzdepot.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping for unwanted items. If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, BagzDepot covers return shipping.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to all unwanted returns. This fee does not apply to returns due to our error (wrong or damaged items).

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What items are non-returnable?

Custom printed/personalized goods, personal protection items (like face masks), perishable items, and products altered or damaged after delivery are not returnable.

Can I exchange an item?
