Can I order online and Pick-up?

At the moment, we do not offer pick-ups. All orders are placed online and shipped out on same or next business days from our warehouses located throughout the United States.

Where do you ship from?

We are based in the USA and we have distribution centers strategically located to deliver orders of any size within 1-2 business days. We offer all our bags at the most competitive wholesale rates on the market.

How can I place an order?

How much is the Shipping?

We charge $14.95 Flat Shipping Fee for orders below $200

Free Economy Shipping is available for orders over $200

*Free shipping is only applicable for 48 contagious United States. 

How long does the shipping take?

  • Blank / Plain orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days and will be delivered between 2-6 business days.
  • Customized orders ship within 10-12 business days after approval of final mock-up."

Do you offer printing services?

Yes, we offer both silk screen printing as well as full color digital printing services! Please request your Free Quote for printed orders by emailing us at sales@bagzdepot.com

Custom Printed Orders are charged upon shipment. Once Mock-up is approved by customer, we are not able to cancel custom print orders.

Will I get a confirmation email for my orders?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you submit your order.

What information do you need to send out a package?

We need a valid and complete street address, with a correct zip code, apartment or suite number, city, state and the daytime phone number of the recipient.

Am I being charged for delivery?

BagzDepot.com offers four shipping options for U.S. domestic orders that consist of items in our warehouses: BagzDepot.com uses 2 of the major Mail Carriers: USPS, UPS

*Please note that free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

*Transit time is 3 to 9 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (Shipping Fee is Calculated at Checkout)

Estimated Delivery for United States orders are between 2-6 Business Days after order submission.

Orders between $0.01 - $199.99 = $14.95

Orders over $200.00 = Free Shipping via UPS Ground

International Orders

  • DHL - (2-6) days delivery - Calculated at checkout
  • USPS - (7-28) days delivery - Calculated at checkout

*CANADA Customers are responsible for any duty, tax and brokerage fees.

How do I cancel an order?

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Please note that, orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped.

Can you send my order to another recipient?

Yes, we can. But it is your responsibility to let the recipient know that a package from BagzDepot is on the way for them.

Do you do Drop Shipping?

Yes, we are able to do drop shipping for your customers. We can either use our own shipping services with your company name as shipper or use your UPS or FedEx account. Contact us via email to set up a drop shipping account with us at sales@bagzdepot.com

Do you charge taxes?

Yes. We only charge California sales tax. However if you are in the possession of a current resale certificate and are located in CA, we are able to set you up as a tax exempt customer. Contact us via email at support@bagzdepot.com for more information.

Can i get a sample first?

Yes absolutely, we offer blank samples

*Unfortunately we do not offer "Free Samples" however all samples qualify for full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Is shopping at your site secure?

We utilize the best security techniques available in the industry to protect your personal and financial information. The connection between you and our server is fully secured by SSL technology. All pages that we require you to enter your personal information are fully encrypted. You may confirm the secure connection by checking the address bar of the browser. The addresses begins with “https://” are protected. All important information automatically gets deleted once order is placed such as credit card numbers etc.

What if I received wrong items that I did not order?

If you received wrong item(s) that you did not order, or you received less items then you purchased , please contact us in 3 business days of delivery of your package so we can make sure to replace or send additional items right away at no cost to you. However if it has been more than 3 days of receipt of your package we will not be able to track and find the mistake so unfortunately we won't be able to replace or send additional items to you.

What if there is damaged item(s) in the package?

Please contact us in 3 business days of delivery of your package with your order number and images showing the damaged items so we can make sure to replace or send additional items right away at no cost to you. However if it has been more than 3 days of receipt of your package we will not be able to track and find the mistake so unfortunately we won't be able to replace or send additional items to you. Depending on your choice, we can either send a replacement item if the item is in stock or issue a refund for the damaged items.

What can I do if my order has not arrived and tracking shows delivered?

In some rare cases, packages may get lost/stolen or delivered to a wrong address around you. Once your order is received by the postal carrier, BagzDepot is no longer responsible for the shipment. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined by the postal carrier. Keep us updated about your claim at support@bagzdepot.com

What is your return policy?

  • We are proud to offer a 30 Day money back guarantee on all of our items listed on our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase with us at BagzDepot.com you have 30 days from the date of arrival of the items to return them for a full refund. Please read below for more details on what qualifies for full refund and how to proceed and take advantage from our 30 Days money back guarantee.
  • There is a 20% Restocking fee on all returns that are not caused by BagzDepot's mistake, such as; wrong or damaged item, untimely delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Note: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are sanitary goods: face masks, sanitizers, gloves and any and all PPE (personal protective equipment).
    Additional non-returnable items:
    - Gift cards
    - Sale Items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Even Though your order qualifies for a free shipping at the time of placing your order with us, we still pay shipping fee to the carrier to ship your order. Therefore, All Shipping costs are nonrefundable. This amount varies depending on the actual amount we paid to the carrier to ship your order.
